Removal and DMCA

Two processes: copyright, and personal information. Both are handled by a person, not a form.

Copyright

GLP Research Hub hosts user-generated discussion. If material here infringes your copyright, send a notice containing:

  1. Identification of the work you say is infringed.
  2. The exact URL or URLs on glpresearchhub.com where it appears.
  3. Your contact details.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send it through the modmail contact route in c/meta. We act on complete notices promptly and we publish a note in c/meta when content is removed under this process, because silent removals are how archives rot.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same completeness. We will restore the material unless we receive notice of legal proceedings.

Personal information

Separate and faster. If a post contains your personal information — a real name, a photograph, an address, an identifying detail — tell us the URL and what specifically needs to go. We do not require you to prove who you are for this, and we do not argue about whether it is "really" identifying. Ambiguous cases get removed.

Company registration details for a business entity are public record and are not covered by this process.

Defamation and factual disputes

If a vendor believes a claim on a source page is factually wrong, the fastest route is evidence: a test report, a shipping record, a registration document. Our verification logs are updated with corrections and dated, and several entries across the directory already record accusations that did not hold up. Legal threats are slower, less effective, and get published in c/meta.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material lose posting access. In a read-only archive this is mostly historical, but the policy stands.

Site rules
  1. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  2. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  3. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  4. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  5. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  6. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
