pentadecapeptide — 10 things I got wrong before I got it right
Right, the pentadecapeptide question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 3 data points over 34 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 38, not week 87. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Week 71 for me and the honest summary is: 46kg down, early fullness manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
rodent data must be labelled as rodent data
Did anything else change in the same window?
the regulatory rodent evidence is solid, human evidence is not
the sequence variation is the real issue
the sequence literature looks promising but rodent-only
Strongly agree. Zero human controlled data.
Maintenance for 15 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
Yeah, rodent data does not scale to humans.
research use only, no human protocols, no injection instructions
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
Ireland here. Waited 8 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
Ireland here.
Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.
