USDC — my 23-week log, condensed into one table

PSA The Quiet One ×4 Slow Clap ×3

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/darkspot repeats that confirmations is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 14 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

The discount was 97.9% but gas ate half of it. Still worth it but the math matters.

This is correct. Gas fees are real costs.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

no group-buy recruitment, discussing how they fail is fine

confirmations are gas fees, the exchange rate at 7 blocks is the deal

Group buy used escrow. 20 people, 35 shipped without drama. Escrow is the insurance.
