unpopular opinion: USDC is massively overrated

Fees Receipts ×7

Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.

I have been tracking gas fees against triglycerides for 17 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.

Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.

tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

This is correct. Gas fees are real costs.

Strongly agree. Escrow is non-negotiable for groups.

no group-buy recruitment, discussing how they fail is fine

Mechanistically the bit that matters is confirmations. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Which network and did the vendor confirm they credit it?

network selection matters, wrong chain is the expensive typo

Crossposting this to c/bloodwork because the people who need it are not reading this community.

What was the gas and did it matter?
