[Regret] chased the scale instead of the labs for a year
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful. Setup: 0.25mg, week 34, injection-site soreness present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — below spec — and tracked it for 18 weeks. Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else…
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 14–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.
The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
What are you comparing it against though?
side effects that ended someone's run
decisions people would not make again
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
Not to be pedantic but stopped and below spec are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
