Yeah, EU rules is usually national rules.
Poland here. Waited 7 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
Strongly agree. Pricing is local.
Slight fix: the number was 99.2, not 99.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
