[Lab] 23th independent test on QSC, and the trend is the interesting part
Week 52 update. 13kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 92.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

say which nation, England, Scotland, Wales, NI differ
Not to be pedantic but tier 3 and private prescription are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Which Boots location?
pharmacy stock is private prescription, check before traveling
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
