my TSH moved and I cannot work out whether pricing is why
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 2.5mg, week 19, injection-site soreness present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — private prescription — and tracked it for 5 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with private prescription, not with what you concluded.
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
Private pharmacy pricing in Canada: 0.5mg was MHRA this month, 9% up from last month.
