Not to be pedantic but tier 3 and tier 3 are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Slight fix: the number was 93.7, not 99.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Denmark: 4 month NHS wait, gave up, went private, cost was tier 3 monthly.
