ERP — verification log
Dated entries from the members who check this vendor's claims: company registration, establishment date, COA completeness, packaging, response times and disputes. Entries are never deleted, including the ones that turned out to be wrong.
- u/ledger_mod — Added after three member reports and one independent test.
- u/hplc_hobbyist — Chromatogram posted to c/hplc. Cleanest trace on the site. Method details supplied on request.
- u/receipts_or_nothing — Two members reported a fill-volume discrepancy on the same batch. Vendor acknowledged but never explained. Logged as unresolved.
- u/ice_pack_audit — Packaging noticeably improved after 2025 feedback. Thermal mass now present.
- u/ledger_mod — Annual review. 2025 fill-volume item remains unresolved.
What gets logged
An entry goes in the log when somebody checks something checkable. Registration numbers, establishment dates, whether a COA carries a batch number and a method, whether a lead-time quote was honoured, whether a dispute was resolved and how. Opinions do not go in the log; they go in c/vendorvetting like everybody else's.
Why we keep the wrong ones
Several entries across this directory record accusations that did not hold up. We keep them, annotated, for two reasons. The first is that a record you can edit silently is not a record. The second is that the pattern of how a vendor responds to being wrongly accused is genuinely informative — the ones who retest at their own cost and publish the result have earned something that a clean sheet cannot buy.
Who writes it
Members with a history on the site, mostly the c/vendorvetting and c/coa moderators. Nobody is paid, nobody has a commercial relationship with any vendor on this site, and the ratings are not for sale. If they ever were, the whole directory would be worthless and we would all have wasted three years.
