sequence — my 15-week log, condensed into one table

Question

Confession thread, sort of.

I went from 10mg to 2.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 7 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.

So now I have sulphur burps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.

Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 24 reads it before doing the same thing.

Week 92 for me and the honest summary is: 17kg down, fatigue manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Strongly agree. Zero human controlled data.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

Stalled for 12 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 72.

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

Yeah, rodent data does not scale to humans.

sequence and naming claims need the actual sequence

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

About c/bpc157

BPC-157 as it actually is: a pentadecapeptide with a genuinely interesting rodent tendon-and-gut literature, near-zero controlled human data, a naming and sequence mess in the supply chain, and a regulatory status that changed sharply in several countries.
