week 96 check-in — 37kg down, constipation manageable, one thing confusing me
Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud.
The advice on data logger in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with the same confidence.
I have listed what I think the current consensus is below. Correct me — that is the point of posting it.

Reconstituted or dry powder?
Reconstituted or dry powder?
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 92 weeks to accept.
Reconstituted or dry powder?
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Denmark to Denmark takes 16 days on average, variance is 34 days
data logger is the standard, gut feeling is not
This is correct. Dry powder is way more robust than liquid.
The gel pack lasted 13 hours in a courier van, then liquid. Powder itself fine, the cold chain mostly died in transit.

Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
Strongly agree. Peak temperature is not the whole story.
lyophilised powder is far more forgiving than reconstituted solution
Yeah, data logger is the only acceptable proof.
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 18–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
France to France takes 13 days on average, variance is 24 days
I am going to push back on this slightly.

Customs clearance took 7 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.

Adding to this: cold chain is doing more work than the comment implies.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with ice pack, not with what you concluded.
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
