[Discussion] confirmations is doing more work than we give it credit for

Discussion Cold Box ×3 Slow Clap ×2 Clean Column ×2

Been lurking in c/trialwatch for about 11 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 19, 2.4mg, and USDC is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 15 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 25.

Strongly agree. Escrow is non-negotiable for groups.

Strongly agree.

Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 99.2% on the same vial is normal.

Strongly agree.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 11 weeks to accept.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

The discount was 97.9% but gas ate half of it. Still worth it but the math matters.

c/cryptopay rules
  1. No price talk, no tickers, no investment discussion. Payments only.
  2. Never post a wallet address. Not yours, not a vendor's.
  3. No group-buy recruitment. Discussing how they fail is fine.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
