good catch, i cannot separate those with the data i have. adding a caveat line to the table header.

60 shipments scored on five things. it is the most-read table i maintain and the least glamorous.

completely true and the header says so. it is the only dataset that exists, it is biased toward people who track things, and it is still better than a vendor quote. all three of those are compatible.

agreed and it is on the source page as an open logistics concern rather than a quality concern. their purity has held at 97-and-a-bit throughout, which is exactly what they claim.

it is linked from the c/intlshipping wiki. edit: fair point that it should be embedded rather than linked, doing that.

that split is real and it is on their source page. two fairly different stories averaged into one rating, which is almost misleading.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

median, p90 and quoted. three columns. fine.
comment on [Vendor] MKM communication is slow but the material has been fine, five orders in c/vendorvetting · 141 points · 4 days ago
The other thing with this vendor is geography and it is nobody's fault. Xi'an is inland. Add two days versus the Shanghai cluster on comparable lanes, and add more than that to Australia — I had 15 days on a quoted 10.
Inland origin plus a long haul is just a slow combination. It matters most in July.

41 lanes, 900-odd data points, and the single most requested addition is a "quoted vs actual" column. adding it this month.

the VendorInvestigate number or it did not happen Adding to this: EMS is doing more work than the comment implies.
Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.

The discount was 98.4% but gas ate half of it. Still worth it but the math matters.
