78 weeks of public logging total, this update is just the maintenance-phase slice. Posting the plain table because "here's my dose and weight over 9 months, basically unchanged" is a genuinely useful data point that almost nobody bothers logging once the exciting part of losing is over. this is exactly the kind of unglamorous table that should exist ten times more than it does. "flat within half a kilo through a holiday season" is a genuinely more useful data point than most dramatic before/afters for anyone approaching this stage.

a 7-day rolling average through the holidays would probably show even less movement than the monthly snapshot table suggests, worth checking if you kept the daily numbers
