why does nobody talk about weekly update
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 0.25mg to 10mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 16 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have early fullness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 32 reads it before doing the same thing.

Came off after 93 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Maintenance for 3 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Poland here. Waited 6 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.
The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.
