log vs weight — genuinely asking which matters more
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking log against ApoB for 19 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.
include dose and date on every update
What are you comparing it against though?
public logs kept over 24 weeks and beyond
dose, date, weight, waist, reflux, labs
update rather than repost, 21 people doing this
dose, date, weight, waist, early fullness, labs
Yeah, the consistency is the value.
Not to be pedantic but tracking and log are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
public logs kept over 6 weeks and beyond
I am going to push back on this slightly.
the 29 week mark is where it gets interesting
Strongly agree. Update rather than repost.
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
dose, date, weight, waist, early fullness, labs
You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.
public logs kept over 10 weeks and beyond
the UK here. Waited 7 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
