France: log, and what it actually costs here
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 2.4mg to 0.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 15 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have injection-site soreness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 40 reads it before doing the same thing.
best — the order this archive was captured in
the 70 week mark is where it gets interesting
Crossposting this to c/intlshipping because the people who need it are not reading this community.
Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
the 2 month update is the real test
public logs kept over 3 weeks and beyond
How many weeks between the two measurements?

Week 50 for me and the honest summary is: 43kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
Strongly agree. Update rather than repost.
Week 68 for me and the honest summary is: 15kg down, constipation manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
the 65 week mark is where it gets interesting
the people still updating at week 7 are the reward
I am going to push back on this slightly.
one log per person, update it, do not repost
This is correct. Long-term logs matter.
