[Discussion] we are measuring PBS at the wrong time and calling it noise

Discussion Cold Box ×1

compounding. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/tirzepatide is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort compounding out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 7 months. My fasting insulin was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Strongly agree. AU and NZ differ.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Adding to this: TGA is doing more work than the comment implies.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Week 44 for me and the honest summary is: 20kg down, constipation manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 84 weeks to accept.
