New Zealand is the most under-discussed thing in c/glp1science

PBS Clean Column ×4 Sourced ×3

compounding. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/glp1uk is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort compounding out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 8 months. My ApoB was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

Yeah, the 2024 rule change was sudden.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Week 64 for me and the honest summary is: 16kg down, reflux manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 49 weeks to accept.

Adding to this: TGA is doing more work than the comment implies.

Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 20. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

replysharereportpermalink
u/runa_piresOP4 points·6 months ago

Stalled for 21 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 86.
