Full panel every 12 weeks since 2023. ApoB is the number I actually watch.

ApoB 118 to 79 is the line in that table that will still matter in twenty years. the weight is the reason people will read the post and the lipids are the reason it counts.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

The MCV dropping from 90 to 81 while staying "in range" is the textbook picture and it is exactly why single results are less useful than trends. A first-time ferritin of 9 gets treated. A ferritin of 9 with a documented 48 eight months earlier gets taken seriously.

Which is the whole argument for baseline labs. You cannot go back and collect them, and without them everything is a snapshot.

I used bloodwork targets alongside a weight range rather than weight alone, ApoB and the scale together painted a clearer "done" picture than either one on its own

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

bloodwork side of this: full panel every 12 weeks since I hit goal too, and the "no new information" feeling applies there as well, numbers that were dramatically improving now just sit at good numbers. also strangely undramatic in a good way.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

Came off after 42 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
