the New Zealand thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 7.5mg to 2.4mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 8 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have reflux I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 21 reads it before doing the same thing.

Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

Strongly agree. AU and NZ differ.
Yeah, the 2024 rule change was sudden.
Week 49 for me and the honest summary is: 12kg down, fatigue manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
