week 51 check-in — 42kg down, constipation manageable, one thing confusing me

Question Well Actually ×6

private plan. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/glp1muscle is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort private plan out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 2 months. My ApoB was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Yeah, Denmark coverage is not Denmark coverage.

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

Came off after 79 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Strongly agree. Provincial variation is real.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

This is correct. Name your province.

special authorisation is province-specific

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Maintenance for 16 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.

How many weeks between the two measurements?
