formulary: what the trials say vs what this community says

Question

Quick one. Canada here.

special authorization works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.

Specifics: the route I used took 3 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.

Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.

Adding to this: province is doing more work than the comment implies.

Strongly agree. Provincial variation is real.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with special authorization, not with what you concluded.

How many weeks between the two measurements?

The reflux was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
