what would you tell week-1 you about formulary

Private Plan Well Actually ×8

Right, the special authorization question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 18 data points over 26 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 49, not week 3. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Strongly agree. Provincial variation is real.

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

special authorization is the cross-province difference

special authorization is the cross-province difference

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Week 49 for me and the honest summary is: 15kg down, constipation manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

Yeah, the Netherlands coverage is not the Netherlands coverage.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

New Zealand here. Waited 14 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
