[Question] formulary — what am I missing here

Question Long Haul ×5

Quick one. Canada here.

province works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.

Specifics: the route I used took 23 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.

Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.

Crossposting this to c/coldchain because the people who need it are not reading this community.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

cross-border pricing arbitrage is Canada but risky

Australia here. Waited 2 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Strongly agree. Provincial variation is real.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in France.

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.

Not to be pedantic but province and province are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

Strongly agree.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Maintenance for 18 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
