am I the only one who found incretin harder than the injections

Discussion Receipts ×8

Week 5 update. 31kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 57.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

amylin is not GLP-1, posts conflating them get corrected

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

Small correction: the trial was 12 weeks, not 18. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

Receptor distribution explains why muscle cramps hits mechanism but not half-life.

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.
