23 months in and pharmacy is still the thing I get wrong

Discussion Clean Column ×4 Slow Clap ×3

Right, the MHRA question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 5 data points over 38 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 16, not week 65. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

NHS tier 3 is pricing, the waiting list is real

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 83 weeks to accept.

This is correct. Private and NHS pathways are different.

Crossposting this to c/bpc157 because the people who need it are not reading this community.

Yeah, the NHS waitlist is genuinely two years in most places.

private 0.25mg is pricing in the Netherlands this month

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

Private pharmacy pricing in Canada: 0.25mg was private prescription this month, 8% up from last month.

Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

  1. No naming online pharmacies that prescribe without a consultation.
  2. Price posts need the date — UK private pricing moves monthly.
  3. NHS pathway questions: say which nation. England, Scotland, Wales and NI differ.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
