Confession thread, sort of. I went from 5mg to 1.7mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 21 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway. So now I have reflux I did…

Maintenance for 13 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Came off after 51 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
