what changed for me between week 90 and week 38
Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud.
The advice on Ozempic in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with the same confidence.
I have listed what I think the current consensus is below. Correct me — that is the point of posting it.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
Stalled at 7.5mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 92. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.
the quiet is real. the food noise just stops.
stalled at 0.5mg, went up, and regretted it, the stall would have broken anyway
Strongly agree. If it is not working at 5mg after 91 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to
pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
I am going to push back on this slightly.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Right, and the corollary is that stopping escalation does not reset your tolerance, it just pauses the clock.

What was the method? "HPLC" is a technique, not a method.
week 79 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder

the sulphur burps passes. i promise. not medical advice.

okay but what dose of sema are you on

Kept a public log for 85 weeks. The comments are what kept it going, honestly. Accountability from strangers works.
Slight fix: the number was 95.1, not 94.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
