[Meta] proposal — a flair for plateau posts

Meta Clean Column ×7 Slow Clap ×3 Sourced ×2

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/coldchain repeats that titration is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 23 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

This is what I tell everyone in c/newbiequestions and they never believe me until week 46.

Hard agree. Week 89 me needed this. Week 37 me is nodding smugly.

the injection-site soreness passes. i promise. not medical advice.

stalled at 15mg, went up, and regretted it, the stall would have broken anyway

I did the fast version. 10mg to 1.7mg in 19 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is titration. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
