Week 48 for me and the honest summary is: 18kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and the quiet happened around week 18.

Tried the split-dose thing for 23 weeks. Felt slightly smoother, lost at exactly the same rate. Went back to weekly.

Stalled at 1.7mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 83. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.
