the A1c thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down

CGM Cold Box ×3

Been lurking in c/cryptopay for about 7 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 90, 12.5mg, and metformin is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 17 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 84.

glycaemic control first, that is the original indication

Canada here. Waited 6 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Strongly agree. A1c matters as much as weight.

Small correction: the trial was 13 weeks, not 39. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

This is correct. Hypo risk is real.

About c/t2dglp1

Type 2 diabetes as the original indication: A1c trajectories, CGM traces, hypoglycaemia risk when stacked with sulfonylureas or insulin, metformin combinations, and why the weight-loss conversation sometimes drowns out the glycaemic one.
