[Vendor] QST order #11 — Spain, 5 days, no drama, receipts inside

Results The Quiet One ×5

Confession thread, sort of.

I went from 7.5mg to 2.4mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 19 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.

So now I have sulphur burps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.

Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 24 reads it before doing the same thing.

Second this question. I have wondered about CGM for 7 months and never seen a straight answer.

Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

About c/t2dglp1

Type 2 diabetes as the original indication: A1c trajectories, CGM traces, hypoglycaemia risk when stacked with sulfonylureas or insulin, metformin combinations, and why the weight-loss conversation sometimes drowns out the glycaemic one.
