comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on normal in c/newbiequestions · 3 points · 5 months ago
link the wiki instead of retyping, but politely
comment on why does nobody talk about what is in c/newbiequestions · 14 points · 5 months ago
Strongly agree.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 45 weeks to accept.
comment on nobody warned me about nausea and I would have liked the warning in c/coa · 284 points · 5 months ago
the method line is doing real work, not just window dressing
Disagree on that part. 99.3% and 93.7% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Results] 46 weeks on 7.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/bpc157 · 1 points · 5 months ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on am I the only one who found reconstitution harder than the injections in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 6 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 99.0, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

area% is not mass%, and here is exactly why it matters
comment on the week one thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/newbiequestions · 15 points · 6 months ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on [Meta] the dead space rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/reconstitution · 38 points · 7 months ago
never post a calculation as advice without stating the concentration
comment on bacteriostatic water vs mg/mL — genuinely asking which matters more in c/reconstitution · 15 points · 9 months ago

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify reconstitution in c/reconstitution · 6 points · 9 months ago
Did you write the concentration on the vial?
comment on what changed for me between week 45 and week 88 in c/coa · 146 points · 9 months ago
chromatogram or it did not happen
comment on what changed for me between week 45 and week 88 in c/coa · 362 points · 9 months ago
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

Two vials, two different concentrations, forgot which was which, almost made a 7 times error. Now I label everything.

What was the vial size and how much bac water?

Cored the stopper on my 7th draw because I kept using the same entry point. Rotate the puncture site.
comment on week one: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/newbiequestions · 51 points · 10 months ago
You have restated the marketing copy.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 58 weeks to accept.
comment on week 81 check-in — 12kg down, injection-site soreness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/coa · 18 points · 11 months ago
