comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for 2.4mg posts in c/semaglutide · 215 points · 11 months ago

comment on switched from 0.25mg to 1.7mg and the muscle cramps got better, not worse in c/sideeffects · 524 points · 12 months ago
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
comment on [Results] 42 weeks, 30kg, and hair loss was the hard part in c/sideeffects · 105 points · 1 year ago
Same experience. Week 81 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

Yeah, the lesson matters.

Week 85 for me and the honest summary is: 38kg down, muscle cramps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
