Week 85 for me and the honest summary is: 26kg down, injection-site soreness manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Adding to this: shortage is doing more work than the comment implies.

Came off after 82 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
