Confession thread, sort of. I went from 10mg to 2.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 13 weeks…

Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 97.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Reconstituted at 2mL when I meant 21mL. Caught it because the units looked wrong. Write the concentration.

swirl, do not shake, or you are courting oxidation

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

i am begging people to write down the concentration
Disagree on that part. 97.6% and 97.9% on the same vial is normal.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/orforglipron repeats that concentration is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when…
comment on tried USDC for 5 weeks. here is what happened. in c/cryptopay · 163 points · 1 year ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 23–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
