comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.5mg and the injection-site soreness got better, not worse in c/researchpeptides · 216 points · 1 year ago

Came off after 86 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

comment on regain vs dose stretching — genuinely asking which matters more in c/maintenancephase · 23 points · 1 year ago

Regain on a taper is expected. 21% back over 14 weeks, which matches the discontinuation data. Planned for it.

comment on rodent data: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/bpc157 · 489 points · 1 year ago

Week 28 for me and the honest summary is: 9kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

comment on genuine question about secretagogue that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/researchpeptides · 4 points · 1 year ago

the thymosin literature is thin on humans

comment on my ferritin moved and I cannot work out whether T2D is why in c/t2dglp1 · 0 points · 1 year ago

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 3–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

comment on maintenance — my 6-week log, condensed into one table in c/maintenancephase · 328 points · 1 year ago

This is correct. Weight variance is normal at maintenance.

comment on why does nobody talk about secretagogue in c/researchpeptides · 74 points · 1 year ago

evidence-level statements required: in vitro, rodent, or human

comment on unpopular opinion: regain is massively overrated in c/maintenancephase · 3 points · 1 year ago

Maintenance for 11 months now. 7.5mg every 3 days, weight 45±11kg. Found the rhythm.

Stalled for 11 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 85.

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify handling in c/researchpeptides · 14 points · 1 year ago

research use only, handling and analysis, not administration

comment on [Question] dose stretching — what am I missing here in c/maintenancephase · 130 points · 1 year ago

the lowest dose you can stay on is not the lowest dose that works

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
