comment on TGA: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/glp1aus · 62 points · 2 years ago
Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.
comment on plateau vs titration — genuinely asking which matters more in c/semaglutide · 1 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. If it is not working at 5mg after 42 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.
comment on the amylin thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/cagrilintide · 215 points · 2 years ago
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
comment on [Results] 51 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/semaglutide · 56 points · 2 years ago
my eGFR moved before the scale did and i nearly missed it
comment on stalled for 16 weeks at 12.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/semaglutide · 1 points · 2 years ago
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on
Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.
comment on Denmark: plateau, and what it actually costs here in c/semaglutide · 910 points · 2 years ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on tried plateau for 21 weeks. here is what happened. in c/semaglutide · 6 points · 2 years ago
What colour is the pen? Wegovy and Ozempic use different formulations.
comment on tried semaglutide for 15 weeks. here is what happened. in c/semaglutide · 41 points · 2 years ago
Did you test the vial you received or are we going off the vendor COA?
comment on tried semaglutide for 15 weeks. here is what happened. in c/semaglutide · -1 points · 2 years ago
Lost 37kg and gained a genuinely irritating amount of interest in analytical chemistry. This site did that to me.
comment on [Discussion] the 2.4mg advice in here is 16 years out of date in c/semaglutide · -7 points · 2 years ago
the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to
