comment on week 56 check-in — 31kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/semaglutide · 107 points · 9 months ago
week 44 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder
comment on [Question] TGA — what am I missing here in c/glp1aus · 14 points · 10 months ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Strongly agree. REDEFINE is phase 19, not final.
comment on switched from 0.5mg to 0.25mg and the nausea got better, not worse in c/vendorvetting · 144 points · 10 months ago
one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread
comment on switched from 0.5mg to 0.25mg and the nausea got better, not worse in c/vendorvetting · 173 points · 10 months ago
order date, product, and what was tested. that is the template.
comment on week 81 check-in — 12kg down, injection-site soreness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/coa · 11 points · 11 months ago
the counterion is part of the mass you paid for
comment on reading confirmations threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 11 months ago
stablecoin is chargeback, never volatile coins
comment on genuine question about tapering that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/tapering · 22 points · 11 months ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on [Discussion] the gallbladder advice in here is 17 years out of date in c/sideeffects · 194 points · 11 months ago
IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this
comment on co-agonism — my 6-week log, condensed into one table in c/cagrilintide · 71 points · 11 months ago
Yeah, amylin is doing different work than GLP-1.
comment on why does nobody talk about VendorInvestigate in c/vendorvetting · 10 points · 11 months ago
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
comment on [Discussion] the purity advice in here is 9 years out of date in c/coa · 21 points · 1 year ago
The COA I was holding said 96.8% area and I thought it was trash. Turns out the method was solid and the impurity profile was clean.
comment on [PSA] COA is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/coa · 1 points · 1 year ago
What were the related substances listed individually?
comment on week 16 check-in — 37kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/hplc · 1 points · 1 year ago
related substances are where the story lives, not the main peak
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 7 weeks to accept.
comment on 3 months in and chromatogram is still the thing I get wrong in c/hplc · 88 points · 1 year ago
a round-robin on baseline integration would be genuinely useful
comment on is it normal to get early fullness at week 14 in c/coa · 154 points · 1 year ago
Mechanistically the bit that matters is purity. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
comment on 7 months in and titration is still the thing I get wrong in c/semaglutide · 41 points · 1 year ago
Is that purity or net peptide content? They are not the same number.
comment on purity — my 10-week log, condensed into one table in c/hplc · 256 points · 1 year ago
the gradient is doing the separation work, not the column alone
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring gallbladder at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/sideeffects · 36 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the reflux hit on day 4 for me too, not day 1.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring gallbladder at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/sideeffects · 56 points · 1 year ago
Same experience. Week 76 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
