[Failure] vendor vanished mid-order with 11 people waiting

Failure Receipts ×9

Quick one. Canada here.

lost money works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.

Specifics: the route I used took 3 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.

Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 4–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Came off after 55 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Did anything else change in the same window?

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with what went wrong, not with what you concluded.

This is correct. Evidence still required.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet.

Adding to this: what went wrong is doing more work than the comment implies.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.4. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 53 weeks to accept.

Yeah, the lesson matters.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Week 13 for me and the honest summary is: 44kg down, fatigue manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
