switched from 0.5mg to 2.4mg and the sulphur burps got better, not worse
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking log against triglycerides for 11 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

How many weeks between the two measurements?
Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in the Netherlands.
The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
the people still updating at week 86 are the reward
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

the 42 week mark is where it gets interesting
the 88 week mark is where it gets interesting
This is correct. Long-term logs matter.
Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 99.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
the people still updating at week 12 are the reward
