Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/intlshipping repeats that tracking is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 11 threads of people agreeing with each other. Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true…

Week 19 for me and the honest summary is: 10kg down, early fullness manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 98.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
