[Results] 67 weeks, 11kg, and Australia was the hard part

Question Well Actually ×1 Clean Column ×2

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/customs repeats that shortage is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 7 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Week 78 for me and the honest summary is: 19kg down, early fullness manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
