Ferritin tanked from 2 to 39. Small appetite, reduced iron intake, nobody was testing it until I asked.

Yeah, baseline matters more than any later number.

manufacturer savings programmes are worth checking monthly because the eligibility fine print changes. edit: mine changed twice in a year, both times narrowing.

This is correct. ApoB is the better marker.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

Adding to this: GIP is doing more work than the comment implies.

Did you stretch the dose interval?

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Strongly agree. Lowest effective dose is a real discovery process.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Not to be pedantic but SURMOUNT and dual agonist are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Genuine question — what concentration were you at?

The dual agonism story is real. The appetite is physically different from semaglutide alone.

Switched from sema at 7.5mg to tirz at 2.4mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.

My A1c moved faster on tirz than on sema at the same timepoint, which matches what people report.
