[Results] two years, and the second year mattered more than the first

Results Long Haul ×4

Confession thread, sort of.

I went from 0.25mg to 10mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 10 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.

So now I have sulphur burps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.

Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 87 reads it before doing the same thing.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

Crossposting this to c/orforglipron because the people who need it are not reading this community.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.4. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Poland here. Waited 23 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

no images, none, not even redacted ones

Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

Disagree on that part. 98.9% and 99.0% on the same vial is normal.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.

the milestone change matters as much as the scale

About c/progresspics

Progress posts with no images, by design. Starting point, current point, timeframe, dose history, what changed besides the scale. Text-only removes the comparison trap, the body-shaming pile-on and the entire question of who owns a photo of your torso.
