[PSA] New Zealand is not what most of this community thinks it is
Been lurking in c/labresults for about 7 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 48, 2.5mg, and New Zealand is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 13 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 42.

Week 6 for me and the honest summary is: 32kg down, nausea manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
Small correction: the trial was 9 weeks, not 35. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
This is correct. PBS listings matter.
AU and NZ are different systems, say which
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
no naming compounders operating against current rules

Adding to this: TGA is doing more work than the comment implies.
What is the PBS status?
PBS listings change the cost completely
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
Cite the TGA notice?
the regulatory PBS is the blocker
PBS/TGA claims need the notice or schedule entry
