[Country] SE/NO/DK — Norway is the outlier and not in a good way

Country Clean Column ×8

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/compounding repeats that prescription is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 14 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Not to be pedantic but reimbursement and pharmacy are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Came off after 87 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
