am I the only one who found protein harder than the injections
Right, the protein question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 22 data points over 14 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 75, not week 29. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Yeah, protein matters on rapid loss.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

Adding to this: DEXA is doing more work than the comment implies.
resistance training is sarcopenia not optional
Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
This is correct. DEXA is the standard.
Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
